Cancelation Policy

Scheduled booking times/dates are not final. Bookings are finalized upon staff member acknowledgment and confirmation. If a cancellation/reschedule is needed on our end, you will be contacted directly by said staff member(s) to discuss further action. Changes to your booking must be made 24 hours in advance. To make any modifications to your booking please log in and select "My Bookings" in the Members Area. Questions or comments?
